Twin 34" diameter dynamically balanced vertical augers have flights laser cut from heat treated BORON steel to improve strength and service life. 3/4" thick reversible hardened cutters manufactured using BORON steel are bolted and supported along back edge, shred products leaving a wide and even spread. Two fixed position BORON steel bottom blades per auger give wider spread widths of materials that are either fine or wet

The horse shoe brace retains the cutter reducing the chance of them being knocked off or becoming loose

Rocking beam offers strength and reliability in the toughest of conditions

An extremely strong design and construction ensures that the door can be used as a grading device for light applications of materials as well as a device for retaining very running products

Grade 80 3/4" heavy duty chains are drawn by high tensile sprockets. Sprockets are fitted to the front floor shaft as well as the driven rear shaft, ensuring perfect alignment and timing of the chains, which, in turn makes for a more reliable floor drive. Each chain has 55 tonne breaking load
